THE RAMEN SHOP

Mark 6:37 But Jesus said, “You feed them.”

A primary way our church serves the community is through our pay-it-forward soup kitchen, that serves fresh Ramen. The Ramen Shop is open for lunch, Monday-Friday, located underneath our sanctuary on the first floor, in downtown Sequim. The entire operation is supported by our lovely volunteers, mainly from our church, but also includes members from others churches, and from the community at large. Everything is by donation, and all proceeds go to help us give out free Ramen, so if you know of anyone who needs a free meal, don’t hesitate to send them to us! Bethel Ministries International is an inter-denominational 501c3 Wheelchair Ministry that provides mobility to the disabled in Guatemala. Through wheelchair and food distribution, home construction, and educational sponsorship, the ministry exists to advance a powerful transformation in the whole of Guatemalan society, one life at a time, all while sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Calvary Sequim has been supporting Bethel Ministries International for the last 3 years, sending money and mission teams to serve annually, and is currently sponsoring Guatemalan children’s education and medical needs. Our hope is to continue this into 2024 and beyond.
